AOP Minervois, vineyards are on clay and gravel soils. A blend of Syrah and Grenache, cold macerated for four days before fermentation. Fermented in concrete vats for one month on the lees.
A rich and concentrated bouquet with small red fruit aromas and delicate floral notes, such as violets. Supple and full-bodied on the palate. A wine with well-blended tannins with great finesse. Has a generous and fruity finish.
The wine shows best with braised meats, duck breasts, charcuteries and game.
